Kitchen Beautician


Washing, brushing, straightening, curling, crimping, primping. This weekend, be extra nice to your hair - it's exhausted! This DIY hair mask takes minutes to prepare and will restore the lush to your locks in no time.



Directions:
- Split an avocado, remove the seed and spoon into a large bowl.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of Vitamin E oil.
- Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil (you can use jojoba, almond or coconut oil if you prefer)
- Add a drop of essential oil, such as lavender or jasmine, for extra scented shine.
- Whisk or blend until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Application:
- Massage the mask into your hair and tie into a ponytail. Leave for 20 minutes the hop in the shower and rinse.
- Shampoo and condition as usual.
