Wax Lyrical


It's almost time to begin the official Christmas countdown but forget advent candles - it's all about vintage lace candles! Here's a project to light up the cold, dark winter nights and if you're in the mood for a fun weekend craft project, also makes a fantastic Christmas present. If you have any old scraps of lace fabric they will work well - we used paper doilies as an inexpensive alternative.

It's a popular gift idea in America and can be themed for any occasion with different recipes or ribbons.
