Welcome to Erin Gleeson's neck of the woods - a former food photographer from New York City who moved to a cabin in the woods of North Carolina and never looked back. Erin's fabulous blog, The Forest Feast, offers "inspiring, healthy recipes which are easy to make after a long day at work, yet impressive enough for a party".
In celebration of being selected as a finalist for Saveur Magazine’s Best Food Blog award in the “Best Original Recipes” category, Erin posted three of her favourite salad recipes which we simply had to share - not only do the dishes look delicious, but her photographs are also stunning.
